- 👤 First Name: To address you by name within the add-on.
- 📑 Resume Text: Processed temporarily during analysis (not stored).
- 📂 Job Description: Processed temporarily during analysis (not stored).
- 💬 Feedback: If you choose to submit feedback, we store the text and your email.
🚫 Information We Do Not Store
We prioritize data minimization:
- 🙅 No Resume Storage: Your resume content is discarded immediately after analysis.
- 🙅 No Payment Info: All payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
- 🙅 No Tracking: We do not track your browsing history or sell your data to third parties.
⚡ How We Use Data
- 📊 Your resume and job description text are analyzed in real time to generate ATS scores and recommendations.
- 🤖 We use Gemini™ API (Google’s AI service) to process text securely and return improvement suggestions.
- 🔐 Your email is used to verify your subscription status via our secure backend.
🔐 Data Security
- 🛡️ All processing occurs through Google Docs™ APIs and Gemini™ API, both of which follow Google’s strict security standards.
- 🚫 We do not sell, share, or permanently store any resume or job description data.
- ✅ ATS Analyzer complies with Google’s add-on security and data protection requirements.
👤 Your Choices
- ✔️ You can choose not to use the add-on at any time.
- ✔️ You can remove the add-on from your Google account through Google Workspace Marketplace.
