Your use of ATS Analyzer constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the add-on.

💻 Use of Service

• 📂 Personal Use: ATS Analyzer is intended for personal and professional resume improvement.
• ⏳ Usage Limits: Free users are limited to 5 analyses per month. Premium users have unlimited access subject to fair use.
• 🚫 Prohibitions: You agree not to misuse the tool, disrupt its functionality, or attempt to reverse engineer it.

💳 Subscriptions & Payments

• 💰 Billing: Premium access is billed monthly at $1.49 via Stripe.
• 🔄 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" link in the add-on sidebar.
• 📜 Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

• 🔎 ATS Analyzer provides resume recommendations, but results may vary by employer and ATS system.
• 📉 We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
• 🛠 Scores are estimates based on keyword analysis, not official ATS algorithms.

📜 Limitation of Liability

• ⚖️ ATS Analyzer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• ⚠️ We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of the add-on.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
